We try to be as precise as possible with our descriptions.  However, please be aware that images are representational only and exact colour reproduction cannot be guaranteed.

All our prices are in GBP Sterling and incluse VAT at the appropriate rate.

Once you have selected your merchandise you will proceed to the Checkout.  We accept all major debit and credit cards via PayPal, ensuring that your details remain secure.  However, if you prefer, you may send order details to us by post at the address provided on our Contact Us page.  If you should choose this method please include a cheque made payable to MyGreatBigDog.Com.  NOTE: ORDERS RECEIVED BY POST WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 7 DAY PROCESSING DELAY.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us.  We may occasionally use your details'in houe' to inform you of upcoming offers etc. that may be of interest to you.  However, if you do not wish to receive this information please notify us by e:mail to info@mygreatbigdog.com and we will remove your details from our mailing lists.

PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT WE WILL NEVER SHARE YOUR DETAILS WITH ANY THIRD PARTIES.

Delivery and Postage

Delivery of goods will be via the Royal Mail using First Class postage.  A charge of £2.50  will be made for delivery to addresses in the UK (Mainland inc. Northern Ireland.)  If you live outwith this area please e:mail us at info@mygreatbigdog.com and we will confirm availability and costs for delivery to your area.

Cancellation and returns

You have the right to cancel your order anytime up the 7th day following receipt.  Should you wish to do so, you must return the goods to us in their original packaging and condition as soon as possible.  All refunds will be credited to the card used for the original transaction provided that the goods in question have been received by us in the codition in which they were delivered to you.  Goods are returned to us to the address provided on our Contact Us page and at your own expense; if you do not pay the postage costs we will deduct the direct cost of recovering the goods before any refund is made.

Once received, goods may be returned for a refund or exchange.  Simply return the items to us at the address provided in their original condition with 28 days of receipt.  Please remember to include your own name and address details when returning goods.  You will also need to return your despatch note as proof of purchase.  All returns are made at your own expense and it is advised that you retain a Proof of Postage certificate.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

All our items are checked prior to posting, however, if you do receive an item which appears to damaged/faulty please notify us by e:mail to infor@mygreatbigdog.com within the first 24 hours of receipt and we will arrange an exchange or full refund.  Please return the goods to us within 2-3 working days to the address provided on our Contact Us page.  The cost of postage will be reimbursed if the goods arre found to be damaged/faulty. Note: this does not apply to damage caused by neglect or misuse.

Food Items: Treats, bones etc.  Due to Hygiene concerns please be advised that these items must be returned unopened.  If they are in an way damaged or faulty please ensure we are notified immediately.

LUPINE GUARATEE:  Lupine offer an independant guarantee on their products which provides that the goods will be replaced at no charge if they are in anyway damaged, even if chewed!  Should you wish to replace a damaged Lupine product please return it to us as outlined above and a replacement will be sent.  Please be aware that as Lupine regularly change and update their designs and exact match may not always be possible, in this event a similar design will be provided.  This Guarantee is issued by Lupine.

We only stock items we are prepared to use for our own, much loved, pets, and feel that all our products are of the highest standard.  However, if you are at all dissatisfied with either ourselves or our products we want to know.  Please let us have all your comments or concerns at: info@mygreatbigdog.com and we will endeavour to resolve any issues
